- Our motto is simple 'In unity we have strength'.
- Solicitors Estate Agents is a simple idea whereby Solicitors join forces in order to combat the ever growing threat of other organisations impinging on what work we do traditionally.
- We as a group have strength, we have bargaining strength and we have the ability to cross-refer work within the organisation.
- Why give away work to Estate Agents who will undoubtedly make 3 maybe 4 times what you charge for your Conveyancing fees when you can sell the property as an SEA.
- There is no hard sell or any stringent franchise agreements. This is an organisation run by Solicitors for Solicitors.
- The joining fee is £1,500.00, then it is £75.00 a month thereafter and then £750.00 annual subscription fee. The minimum time of the contract is 12 months. There are incentives of £250.00 paid back to any firms that recommend other firms. Every firm will be consulted before another firm is invited to join or any applications are accepted.
